At Jobe Sports, we’re committed to building high-quality gear you can rely on—season after season. That’s why we offer one of the most comprehensive warranties in the watersports industry, with up to 5 years of coverage on select products. And the best part? You no longer need to register your purchase.

Whether you’re out on a stand-up paddle board, towing the kids behind the boat, or relaxing on an inflatable dock, our updated warranty policy is designed to give you peace of mind.

No More Registration Required

Previously, customers were required to register their product online within two weeks of purchase to activate the warranty. That’s no longer necessary.

To make things simpler, we’ve removed the registration requirement. All you need to do is keep your original purchase receipt. Proof of purchase is essential when making a warranty claim.

5-Year Warranty on Inflatable SUPs

We’re proud to extend the warranty on our inflatable SUP range to five years. This reflects our confidence in the durability and performance of our paddle boards. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and applies from the date of purchase.

To activate the 5-year warranty on SUPs:

  • No online registration is required

  • Proof of purchase (receipt) must be retained

  • Coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal recreational use
