Shipping Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery progress.

Please note that due to the size and weight of many Jobe products, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99

• Orders under $99 incur a flat $14.99 shipping fee
  

• New Zealand orders: flat 34.99 NZD shipping fee

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or in tracking updates are estimates only. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays within courier networks can occasionally occur, particularly during peak periods.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Metro NSW / QLD / VIC: 2–3 business days

• Regional NSW / QLD / VIC & TAS: 3–5 business days

• SA / NT / WA: 4–7 business days

• New Zealand: 7-14 business days

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 11am (AEST) on business days are generally dispatched the same day.
