Shipping Information – December 2025 Update - EXPRESS SHIPPING ALL ORDERS
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Orders received before 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) are typically shipped the same day.
To ensure customers receive their orders as quickly as possible, throughout December, we will automatically use the fastest available service across Australia Post eParcel, Express Post, or Direct Freight Express. The courier selected will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
As carrier networks operate at peak volume leading into Christmas, we recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
The Christmas delivery cut-off dates below are provided as a general guide only:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery progress.
Please note that due to the bulky nature of many Jobe products, we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or in tracking updates are estimates only. While we process and dispatch orders promptly, unexpected delays within the courier network can occur, especially during peak periods.
Our responsibility concludes once your order has been delivered to the address you provided. Please ensure you choose a secure location where the parcel can be safely received.
Jobe offers free shipping within Australia for orders over $99. All orders within Australia that are under $99, incur a $14.99 shipping fee.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link to where the order can be tracked.
Please note that due to the size and weight of many of our products, it is not possible to deliver to a PO box.
