Warranty

 

Jobe Sports warrants that all new products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

Warranty Period

• All Jobe Watersports products, with the exceptions noted below, are covered under warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase.
• Towable Tubes are covered under warranty for a period of 3 years from the date of original purchase.
• Infinity Docks and Pools are covered under warranty for a period of 3 years from the date of original purchase.
• Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUPs) are covered under warranty for a period of 5 years from the date of original purchase.

Please note that proof of purchase is required to utilise the warranty service.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship with the following stipulations:

• Repairs will be carried out at no cost to the customer for parts or labor.
• Replacement of defective parts, which will be provided free of charge.
• If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may provide a refund, replacement or a credit toward a new product at our discretion.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorised modifications, loss of parts, tampering or attempted repair by anyone other than authorised personnel.
• Damage caused by not adhering to instructions provided in the product manual.
• Products used for commercial or rental applications.
